Only 7 miles to downtown Portland with its restaurants, shops, arts and performance venues. Sebago Lake just a short 20 minute drive in the other direction. Lots of great hiking, swimming nearby. All the attractions of Maine are close at hand--Beaches, skiing and other winter activities, lakes and coastal islands and quaint towns to visit. Acadia National Park is a three hour drive.
