This large studio is a downstairs unit with a private entrance through a shared backyard. I live upstairs with my 2 adult children and our many pets, including a senior dog, 2 cats and 3 chickens. While the backyard is shared, there are many secluded spaces for hanging out alone.

The studio is large with plenty of natural light. It includes a queen bed, kitchen, private bathroom with shower, closet, couch and TV. Laundry is shared in main garage of house.

We are on a quiet tree lined street in Pleasant Hill. We are 1 mile from downtown Pleasant Hill and 3 miles from BART. Hiking trails in Brionnes Regional Park and the Contra Costa Canal bike trail are both close by.

Perfect Studio
I rented this furnished large studio and give it 5 stars. It was comfortable, clean, and had everything I needed to feel right at home. The studio was thoughtfully furnished, private, and very welcoming. Jennifer went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. She was kind, accommodating, and responsive throughout my stay. It's clear she genuinely cares about her guests. I highly recommend this studio and would stay here again!
