My house is a 1920 cape with a good sized yard. It is super cozy and all rooms are fully furnished! The neighborhood is overall pretty quiet. It is right across the road from Mascoma lake and a quick walk from the rail trail. I have paddle boards available for tenant use. I have really enjoyed living here and I think you will too! Pets may be negotiable depending on your particular situation.

Space

This bedroom is upstairs in a 1920 cape, and does have a low upstairs ceiling, so best for someone below the 6 foot range...There is a smaller downstairs bedroom with a regular 7 foot ceiling. The bedroom has two bureaus and built in storage. There is a window AC unit set up. The rest of the house would be shared with one other tenant.

Neighborhood overview

The house is right across the road from Mascoma lake, a quick walk from the rail trail, and about 9 miles from DHMC main campus. It is on 1.5 acres just off route 4A. Easy to get to downtown, just far enough away to feel like you've escaped. There are paddle boards at the property available for use, as well as a peloton bike. It's a super nice spot to be, especially in the summer!
