FABULOUS CONDO

I rented Amy's condo for the summer of 2026 and LOVED it! It is super clean, great layout, plenty of room, large closets, updated bathroom, floors, kitchen, new rug and kitchen table/chairs. There is onsite laundry easy to use plus a storage closet off the laundry room, a huge plus, which is next to the covered parking close to the stairs to get to the condo. All of this plus only two blocks to downtown Sandpoint, which is an AMAZING town! The city beach is only 10 blocks away, Super 1 Foods is 4 blocks away and large parking lot for guests. Amy and Jim are AWESOME landlords who are a quick call away. You'll love it here!!!

Super convenient!

I actually got to live here for over a year, and absolutely LOVED it. Great (quiet) neighbors, your own covered parking spot, walk to the grocery store or downtown (Pivo!). And fantastic landlords. Great times, all around.
