I love it here. Most everything you want is just 10 minutes away.
Walk 10 minutes: Multnomah village shops and bars, Gabriel Park, Post Office, another 7-mile forest walk.
Drive 10 minutes: OHSU hospitals, Portland Waterfront, Sellwood Dancing, Tualatin facilities.
I'm 1 min drive to Interstate 5. Yup, it's nice.
