The newly renovated studio "casita" guesthouse is a unique space behind our 1940s bungalow in the historic Blenman Elm neighborhood. You can find many native flowers along the private pathway. The private entrance and patio are lined with ocotillo(a living fence) for a unique Sonoran desert welcome.
Space
The ~300-square-foot guesthouse is fully remodeled with concrete floors, custom ceramic lighting, and mesquite open shelves. The pitched ceiling and thoughtful layout make it feel spacious, airy, and light. The casita is perfect for a single traveler, couple, or travel nurse.
The en-suite bathroom is well-lit with natural and recessed lighting, a large walk-in shower, and overhang plants that give it a natural feel.

We are centrally located, 1 mile from the University of Arizona, and within walking distance to Banner University Hospital, Whole Foods, local restaurants and bars, the Loft theater, and just a 10-minute drive to downtown and the 4th Avenue shops.
