Rare Find! Spacious College Park Apartment with Large Yard & Free Parking

The place is not what you think.

The experience we had with this property was terrible to say the least. The second we walk into the place there are bugs riddled everywhere and it isn't fully cleaned. Not to mention the place looked entirely different than the pictures and gave us the wrong idea about how the place was going to look like. When these problems were brought up they were hardly accommodated well. The noise from the upstairs neighbors is pretty bad too, you can hear almost every footstep and every movement from the pets. The whole experience of staying here was very lackluster and did not feel like it matched the price point. I personally find this property not worth the trouble.

Not as pictured: disappointing stay

My roommates and I stayed here recently, and unfortunately the property did not match the listing photos. Although the pictures showed air conditioning and an oven, neither was available during our stay. We also dealt with a constant pest problem, with large crickets inside the unit throughout our visit (even with the pest people coming nothing changed). On top of that, the place had not been cleaned before we arrived, and there was mold in the washing machine. You can also hear everything going on upstairs which can get annoying. It got to the point where we terminated the lease after a few weeks and moved to another place to live.
