This area was built in the '40's with nice size yards. Our recent remodel has hardwood floors, 2 very comfortable beds with an adjustable twin bed and a king size bed, a cook's kitchen and lots of color and light, 2 work desks and an older grand piano. The bathroom has a tub. The greenery in the front and back yards is striking with quiet spaces to sit as well as a ping pong table and bbq. There is a J1772 plug for EV's.
