Great Host and Property.
Currently halfway into my month-long rental with David. He is a great host and the property is kept very clean and quiet. He was extremely friendly and gave lots of advice in helping me get settled into the area. Property feels safe and is walking distance from downtown San Jose. Leaving for longer-term housing.
