Quiet place near ocean, nature
The place was a comfortable, quiet place to unwind after work. Large deck with ocean view; and outdoor kitchen. Quiet neighborhood in San Pedro walking distance to beach and to trails in open space areas. Several restaurants and a grocery store within walking distance. Heard owls and coyotes at night. Walking distance to White's Point nature preserve and to Friendship Park. It's on a hill, so I could get my workout just walking around the neighborhood. Had a lot of the benefits of living in a city but also with ocean and nature very close by.
