Our house is an old farm house that has been maintained over the years. You will have the upstairs apartment with stairs, in a 2 apartment house. There is no Smoking, No pets, No parties. There is a security camera on the front porch. We will provide snow removal in the winter, and rubbish pick-up. We are curranty renting only from January 1 - March 31 2027 .
