Most of the house most of the time

We are renting a room in our 3 bdrm house but will be out of town most of the time. In town occasionally for appointments and we will let you know when those dates will occur. Home has central A/C, fully fenced large yard and secured driveway. Cover patio and fire pit. If you're a swimmer, we can discuss use of our swim spa. When we are home, we are 2 adults and 3 dogs.
