The house is newly remodeled, close to beaches with private back yard. Parking is included. You will have your own private room with a shared bathroom. I have my own half bath. I have an extra refrigerator. It will be me and my border collie sharing the home we are fairly quiet very respectful. We love and enjoy hiking and I also love to surf.

The location is close to 5 and 78 freeway. Buddy Todd park which has views to ocean is a short walk away and where I spend most afternoon walks. The back yard is fenced with plenty of birds and my veg stable gardens.
