I happy living with Steven and he was very helpful to me. He's definitely deserved a 5-STAR RATING
Whenever I lived with Steven he was a great roommate. He kept his things clean and kept the mutual spaces we shared clean and straightened up.

10 Star Roomie!
I highly recommend Steven as a roommate. He is trustworthy, fair, clean and fun. He does travel so I usually had the place to myself. He has a great group of friends that welcomed me into their circle. Staying here was quite enjoyable and I would have stayed but got a job out of state.

Wonderful host and place!
Steve is a fantastic host! I rented a room long-term and couldn't have asked for a better experience. The space was always clean, well-maintained, and very private - I always felt comfortable and respected in my own space. The location is absolutely ideal, with everything you need just minutes away. Steve is responsible, attentive, and genuinely cares about his tenants. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great long-term stay!
