There is also a small workout area and a patio with swing chairs. The tall brick row house was built in the 1880s and has exposed brink on the interior as well.

There is a large couch, 80" Sony television, king size Tempur-Pedic mattress, full bath and washer & dryer. There is also a small workout area with iFIT treadmill and equipment. There is a back patio with lighting and ample free street parking.
