Property is a two story townhouse style Condo with HOA. Community was recently painted and there is very little maintenance. Community is about 20 total Condos. It's a small and friendly community. The roommates are all working professionals who are looking for a safe and respectful place to stay.

There are 3 bedrooms upstairs and one downstairs. The laundry is on the 1st floor as well as the kitchen & living room. Common areas are professionally cleaned every 2 weeks by my team. I also provide Toilet Paper, Paper Towels, Hand soap, & Dish Soap. If you're running low shoot me a text and I'll provide more. The goal is convenience for you and I. Great value for the price! :)
Neighborhood overview
Quick access to public transportation, Safeway, Pacific University & downtown Forest Grove food and Farmers Market. It's about a 20 minute drive to Intel, Genentech, Downtown Hillsboro. Easy access to Highway 26 through back roads. I grew up in Forest Grove & I love it!
