Our cottage is a home away from home. It is fully equipped for our usage as well as yours. Nothing is lacking. All appliances are new as well as the home. Along with Internet use, we have security devices including a ring system and multiple outside lights.

Our cottage is 2 stories with the main level downstairs. There is 1 master with bath. The remaining space holds a kitchen, great room, laundry room and a half bath. Upstairs, there are 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. There is a beautiful shaded front porch to enjoy the Edenton breezes.
Neighborhood overview
Our quiet neighborhood is a brand new subdivision developed by Downeast Preservation to similarly depict the historical mill houses of Edenton. Our house is conveniently located within walking or biking distance to downtown. The hospital is a mile and a half from the house.
