The rental unit is the front half of our duplex in Pleasure Point . It is a perfect location, steps to Moran Lake Beach and trail one way and world class surfing the other way. It has a sun soaked front patio. Tenant(s) have 1 off street parking , possibly 2, and 1 in front of the house.

The unit has a full kitchen , spacious family room with 2 couches, 2 recliner chairs and tv cabinet with smart tv. 1 bedroom with queen bed, chest of drawers , and ample size closet. Neighborhood overview
Situated in a perfect location in the middle of Pleasure Point. A very short walk to the beach or watch the surfers at the Hook. Take a stroll down East Cliff drive or the beach with your dog. Watch the sunset during the Wednesday night sailboat races . Life is good here.
