Calm, quite, clean, and professional

The property: The space was very clean on move in and the entire unit (personal and shared areas) is maintained by a professional cleaning service. The property sits right on the edge of town center in a quiet little community; no traffic noise, no sirens, no noisy neighbors, plentiful parking. The landlord: Hank is awesome! Always made sure I was comfortable, was very respectful of his tenants space / property, and maintained a high degree of professionalism.

Clean and Comfortable Rental

I have been living in the house for a few months now and have really enjoyed my experience. I am occupying the downstairs area, this allows me to have a private bedroom, bathroom, and living area. The living area downstairs has a mini fridge, microwave, TV and plenty of storage. The bedroom has a bed, dresser, and side tables. As for the shared spaces, the kitchen is always very clean and shared well. There is plenty of room in the fridge and freezer and there is also a spare fridge downstairs for any overflow. Hank is really friendly and truly cares about making the environment welcoming. He was very responsive during the rental process and checked references. He is also selective about who lives in the home, which means you are living with other professionals who are considerate. The only downside is parking, you can't park on the street without a decal and you will be towed if you do. So far it has been a great experience and it was a great choice for a short term rental.
