Impressive
Arrived the last week of July, staying for a month. The house is well kept, accommodating to my specific needs. Bathtub and showers are immaculate, no residue or dirt visible. Living room is very spacious, couch is clean and has power recliners, wasn't expecting that, very nice to actually "kick back" and enjoy a movie. Carpets in the rooms were very soft, I could tell they were deep cleaned. The bed is very comfortable, linens smelled refreshed, lots of space in my bedroom I'm occupying. I'm very particular about a clean kitchen, so to walk in and see that the countertop surfaces are shiny, clutter-free, appliances are cleaned and ready for use, made me very happy. Even includes an air fryer! Front of the house has a good appearance, yard cleaned, no weeds. I've enjoyed the patio on the side of the house, it's nice having the convenience of sitting outside early in the morning when it's cool and breezy out. I'm loving this place, so I recommend staying right here!

Dirty house
House was very dirty. Was supposed to move in and stay a month but got there and couldn't even move in. Toilet wasn't even cleaned, razor in the shower, bug in the freezer, floors need to be swept and mopped, and dirty dishes in the dishwasher. If you're allergic to animals there animal hair covering all the furniture. The actual house seemed like it could be okay but needs a deep clean and wasp nests taken care of in the back.
