We are a senior couple with a cat and are ex-caregivers. Robyn works on & off at clubhouse and is a Notary Public. Our home is inviting and we are very flexible. We are on a corner lot giving us privacy. There is visitor parking across from the house and renter parking on our driveway for free. Looking for one tenant only.

Den & master bedroom are on opposite sides of the house & 2nd bdrm & bathroom are next to master. The living room, dining room, kitchen with dining table and laundry room are in the center of the house. We have a large SE facing porch for morning coffee.
