This is our 1905 house with wooden floors and the most amazing sunlight ever. Our house is not an AirBnb. It was not dumbed down for renters. We have a big fenced yard with garden space and a front porch to hang out on. We live on a corner lot so we only have one close neighbor and she's great.
Space
Our kitchen has 9 million items for cooking and baking. Lots of cookbooks, a vitamix and a gas stove. Tons of counter space. There is a dishwasher and microwave too. We have a washer/dryer in a wash room off the kitchen. There is off street parking for one vehicle. High ceilings and tons of windows.
Neighborhood overview
We live in a great neighborhood. We are a few streets away from Daffin Park where there is a track, a pool and awesome trees, close enough to downtown to enjoy the Farmer's Market and historic district but we don't all the tourists. Vicotry Drive will take you right out to Tybee. Whole Foods is just down the street and we have a coffee shop, book store and cafe right on Waters.
