500 sq feet guest studio. Parking is on the street. There is no off street parking available. We have a 30 amp 240 volt EV plug available for EV charging. You will need to bring your own mobile charger and have your own adapter. The plug is a NEMA 14-30 (not the more common 14-50) so be sure you have the correct adapter if you need to charge an EV.
