This is a 'Residential' space in front of our Historic German Cemetery. It would require driving @8 blocks in order to get to a business district (markets, bars & restaurants).
Live like you are staying in an upgraded King's suite hotel with a courtyard and the modern comforts of home. Close the storefront shutters for complete solitude after enjoying urban living with a short drive to the city's strip district.

As an old storefront, the studio is one main large room with tall ceilings. Enjoy a large California King bed w/down pillows. W/D is stacked & set into the wall. Kitchenette has a double induction stovetop, a 'nuwave' Bravo Pro oven which airfries, roasts, bakes, and all the necessary kitchenware (see pics for more). Neighborhood overview
This is the Troy Hill area, historically a German neighborhood with stories of George Washington living up on the hill. The community has been highlighted, as the next up-and-coming spot. It has a ways to go, but there is so much history, as well as new transients, like us, who are revitalizing it. There are 2 community gardens, cute coffee shop, and Scratch - a very cool restaurant/upscale bar with music on weekends.
