Although our studio is small, it is stocked with virtually everything you need. The bed is new. There's plenty of clothing storage. The bathroom has a shower/bath combo and the entire unit gets an ocean breeze when the windows are open. Neighborhood overview
Our neighborhood is basically centered around "the good life"! There's definitely pride in ownership and you'll often see runners, walkers, dogs, bike riders etc, out everyday. There's lots of independent coffee shops, yummy restaurants, an organic grocery and a Mexican market a very short walk away. The beach is a 1/2 mile walk and it's worth it! The 5 freeway on-ramp is a 90 second drive too.

Comfortable, Convenient and Dog-Friendly
I had a really nice stay here! The place was comfortable and in a great location, about 20 minutes from downtown. My dog especially loved the fully enclosed backyard and the nearby dog park, which was only about a three-minute drive from the neighborhood. There was a small shower leak during my stay, but it was fixed the very next day, which I really appreciated. There are also two Costcos nearby, which was convenient, especially with typically lower gas prices. Overall, it was a great place to stay, and I would definitely recommend it to other travelers!
