Private bedroom and bathroom located downstairs in a 4 bed, 3 bath home with shared living spaces, kitchen, backyard and plenty of safe street parking. I own the home and live in it along with my friend who rents out another room upstairs. I also have a large German Shepherd who loves everyone. The fenced in backyard is complete with a deck and garden which you are welcome to enjoy.

When you walk in the front door, the main level has a living space, dining, kitchen and access to the backyard. Upstairs has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Downstairs is another shared living space along with the available bedroom and bathroom, laundry and access to the garage.

My home is in a great neighborhood right next to cottonwood creek trail where I walk my dog every day. I am conveniently located within 10-15 minutes of every major hospital in the city along with easy access to restaurants and shopping.
