We feel we have made the space pretty magical and unique, but it is a simple efficient design. Kitchen, bathroom, living room along first floor. Bedroom, bathroom, bedroom along second. A single direct vent heater heats the whole place with the help of gravity fed heating going up to the bedrooms through floor vents.
