Located on private 8acre setting just on edge of town. Large pond with fish, deer, squirrels and wildlife. VERY safe and secure, surrounded by beautiful trees and a very nice field. Very easy 2min commute to town, 10min to Albany, 30min to Salem and 35 min to Eugene.

12x40 2bdrm/1 ba fully remodelled Cottage with living room and kitchenette. Covered natural wood porch/patio, outdoor griddle/grill, ultra insulated and amazing heat and A/C! This is a very clean and cute little place. We take care of the grounds and lawn and are willing to set up an office/desk space. Also we can offer cleaning, linens and laundry services for a small fee.
