Very open floor plan with a full deck overlooking the river. Relax while listening to occasional eagle calls.
Very active wildlife trail below the home.
On a dead end Street, is active with high schoolers for the fox School district at about 6:30 a.m. and 2:30 p.m.
Lots of large trees providing shade and some privacy.
Space
The one bedroom and bathroom along with the laundry room is along one side of the house with the living room, kitchen, and dining area along the other with a cathedral ceiling. The kitchen has a very large window overlooking the river at the back of the house.
Neighborhood overview
Within walking distance of several restaurants, Dollar general, and circle k gas station.
Just across the river from St Louis county. St Louis county is full of hospitals (speaking from an RN perspective ;) ) and things to do. Some of my favorites is the St Louis Cardinals, exploring Forest Park, the science center and the Art museum.
Arnold has a great little park with several walking trails and a farmers market on Satur...
