OK, I live on acre plus bordering a wildlife preserve with beautiful mountain views. Plenty of space to relax. Covered back porch fenced backyard with iron fencing, side yard and front yard fenced with garden fencing. Very private property lots of space between us and our neighbors. It's native landscaping at this time.

I have rented one room for September, October, and November. I still have one bedroom left with a queen size, comfortable bed and nice size closet and you would be sharing you 1000ft.² total common areas partially furnished living room nice kitchen with everything you need. A washer and dryer.
There's also several different types of exercise equipment that you are very welcome to use.

Neighborhood overview
This is a very safe neighborhood that is a mile and a half to I 10. It's about 20 minutes away from TMC Tuscon approximately 30 minutes to downtown Tucson, just a few minutes away from grocery stores and restaurants. Just a few minutes away from excellent hiking and really interesting tourist locations. The only negative I can say about this area is that we do have trains passing by very close to the property.
