Very nice neighborhood located in the Oakland hills, quiet and peaceful. Only my wife and I live in the home with our two young grandkids coming to stay occasionally four years old and two years old. We also have two small dogs very friendly one weighs 10 pounds. The other is around 7 pounds brother and sister. My wife, Loretta is a retired nurse.
