Clean, convenient, friendly stay

I stayed for about 2 weeks and had a lovely time. Philip was very friendly and helpful, even going so far as to send me recommendations for food and events in town. It's very close to the BART stop and is peaceful, even when you can hear the trains (you get used to it). A cleaner cleans the whole apartment once a week and the basic kitchen has everything you need. The bed is comfortable and the room is spacious. Would recommend to friends who visit the bay.

I stayed here for one month and had a great experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed during my stay. I was also given a dedicated parking spot in the back so I never had to worry about my car at night! The landlord was very friendly, respectful, responsive, and easy to communicate with. If I ever had a question or needed anything, he was quick to help while also giving me plenty of privacy. The entire process from moving in to moving out was smooth and stress-free. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a comfortable and reliable furnished rental, especially for a longer-term stay. I would absolutely stay here again!

highly recommend for temporary stays

I had a great experience during my 4 weeks in Oakland. It was the perfect setup for a temporary stay. One of the biggest perks was having access to the washer and dryer. The host was very responsive and thoughtful, checking in periodically to make sure everything was going well. They offered me a dedicated parking spot, but I also found street parking to be plentiful, so I never had any issues. The room itself was spacious, with high ceilings and lots of natural light. Although it's in a shared home, the room is separated from the other bedrooms by the living room and kitchen, which provided plenty of privacy. The location is excellent- with a 2-minute walk to the BART station, getting to SF takes about 20 minutes. There's also a grocery store within walking distance, and the home is located near freeway entrances. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for comfortable, convenient temporary housing.
