The Birdhouse is an 800sqft carriage house with loft bedroom and office. The first floor is an open floor plan that includes a full kitchen, breakfast bar, living room, bathroom w/shower and a bunk/flex room that could also be used as a walkin closet. The back door opens up to the private backyard with a small patio and greenhouse. The front door opens up to the driveway which is available to the occupants.
