Verdugo Cottage - Storybook Charm Meets Modern Comfort

Great Little Place!

I was lucky enough to be the first person to stay at this property, and I only have good things to say about my experience. Despite being near Verdugo, the house was surprisingly quiet with very little traffic noise. Starbucks, a grocery store, and 7-Eleven are all within walking distance. The house is a quaint one-bedroom, and I loved it! It has a small work desk, good internet, a nice-sized TV, and a large bathroom with excellent water pressure and plenty of hot water. The kitchen is small but has adequate counter and storage space, plus a dining area near the back patio. The covered patio was especially nice for relaxing, even during the heat of the day. The two air conditioners and ceiling fans kept the house comfortable during the Burbank summer heat. The bedroom has a super-soft king-sized bed, and the living room has comfortable seating. Overall, this is a great little rental that was genuinely a joy to stay in!
