Comfortable, Affordable, and Welcoming

I stayed with Edwin and his adorable dog, Romeo, for just over a year while working at a nearby hospital. The room is spacious with plenty of closet space, and the private en-suite bathroom was a huge plus. The bedroom faces the road, so there can be some traffic noise, but I slept well both during the day and at night thanks to the blackout shades Edwin provided. Edwin is friendly, welcoming, and very accommodating. He was flexible with multiple extensions to my stay, which I really appreciated. Romeo was a sweet bonus! While District Heights isnt known as the safest area, I always felt safe within the community. The location also offers easy access to downtown and a nearby Metro station. If youre looking for an affordable place with a wonderful host, I highly recommend staying here.
