This is single family home built in the 40s that sits on a wide lot in a great neighborhood. There is a garden in the front and back, with an outdoor shower and sauna that could possibly be shared if there was interest. The apartment is below the house in the basement with a private entrance.
We are a family of three adults.

We have a large furnished studio apartment with a beautiful remodeled bathroom and a private entrance. Though the kitchen does not have a full sized range, there is a large convection/airfryer that fits a whole chicken or frozen pizza. There is also a two burner induction cooktop and an apartment sized fridge. The kitchen window is south-facing and lets in natural light despite the lower-level location.
