3-Bedroom House in the trees with no through traffic

Ideally, we'd like to rent out our whole house for the next 7-12 months. We will be traveling and moving back to the Columbia River Gorge area permanently once that space is ready. The cost posted does not include most utilities for 1-2 month rentals.
