The Blue Cottage is located 1/4 mile down a gravel road on a 35 acre farm. Peace and quiet surroundings but just 3 miles from I95. A quick 10 minute drive to UNC Southeastern hospital in Lumberton NC. The cottage is also 7 miles from the town of Pembroke NC, home of UNC Pembroke and the Lumbee Tribe.

The newly built blue cottage is 1 bed 1 bath with 608 sq foot of comfortable living. Fully stocked kitchen with a dishwasher. Living room couch pulls out to a queen size bed. Bathroom has a walk in shower and includes a washer & dryer. Bedroom has walk in closet and king size bed. Both the living room and bedroom have smart TVs with Youtube Tv installed.
