Centrally located between downtown Tampa and USF along the Hillsborough River in Northeast Seminole Heights. The Green Artery runs through the neighborhood. Quite neighborhood with several parks along the river to watch the many types of wildlife from the wide varity of birds to the many Manatees that shelter in this section of the river. The land slopes quickly uphill from the river so flooding is not an issue for us.
