Private Room in two story home in Cul-de-Sac with fenced yard. Shared use of house. Utilities included. Lease anywhere from 1 month to 1 year. Central Air conditioning. Separate Main floor Family room off the Kitchen, washer and dryer. About a mile to downtown Milwaukie, Willamette river and the MAX. Dog is ok if its a small hypo-allergenic dog (dog under 35 pounds but sorry no cats). I am retired and have two small toy poodles....
