Located in desirable NW Reno, this 3 bedroom 2 bath unit is part of a larger house. It is set up like a duplex so there are no shared interior spaces. Garage and backyard are shared, but there is essentially a natural split in the backyard. I live on the other side of the house, and have been renting to travelers with a similar setup for almost 4 years now down in San Antonio.
