Walkable with iconic views

I loved staying in this apartment from June-December 2025. The location was great for me, it's close to everything. You'll be staring out the window at the Space Needle which is just a couple blocks away. It's a quick walk to Pike Place Market, Pioneer Square, and the waterfront. The unit is very clean and updated with nice details such as a closet and electric fireplace. It's a great spot for a single person or a couple. The furniture was comfortable and cute. The outdoor patio and gym were great additions as well. Highly recommend.

Good Night Space Needle

The views from this building are fabulous. The unit had everything needed and the landlord was responsive to questions. Everyone in the building was polite and the amenities were awesome! The Space Needle is right outside your window.

Amazing short term stay

I recently stayed at this apartment for a few months. The location is perfect downtown. So close to so many good coffee shops, grocery stores, and walking distance to many sights. The space was perfect for me to stay in while I work and explore the city. I felt very safe in the buidling, the 24 hour front desk was amazing. Jordan was a great land lord and very quick to answer any questions. Would defintely rent from her again.
