Why I like living here: Living in nature but only a short drive to the city center. 1 acre of natural sonoran desert bordering Tucson Mount Park. Javelina, deer, coyotes, or bobcats visit on a regular basis. Walking distance to Felise Paseo Park. Lots of hiking trails within a few min drive. Swimming pool for the warmer months. It's not heated so generally too cold to swim Nov-Apr.

The Space: Queen sized bed with memory foam topper, blackout curtains, dorm fridge, optional desk and office chair. Room is fairly large at 12x10.5 feet.
Bathroom: Private detached bathroom with tub and shower. Well lit, plenty of counter space, and a bidet on the toilet.
The Shared Space: Full kitchen, comfortable living room, office, patio and swimming pool.
Neighborhood overview
Older development from the 70's with burnt adobe homes all on 1 or more acres. It feels like you're living in nature but only a short drive to downtown. There are lots of hiking/walking trails near by. Felize Paseos Park is a short walk from the house. I've met many of my neighbors and all are friendly. Ever since the pandemic a bunch of us have cul-de-sac happy hour every tuesday (swimming pool happy hour during the summer...
