Room in Shared House (Available Year-Round)

The property itself is a 4 bed, 3 bath with a sizable back yard and porch. It has central heat and AC. I will also be renting out the master bedroom on the first floor, so there will be three of us.

I don't tend to bring a lot of guests over, and when I do you'll get plenty of warning.
