Camellia Walk is a 100 year old home on two acres surrounded by two cottages and a historic garden. Each cottage has one bedroom and one bath. One cottage is larger and has a screen porch. This particular cottage is not visible from the road and is approached by a stone path that winds between the greenhouse and garage. It is very private and quiet. Camellia Cottage is not a tiny house but it is certainly on the small side of cottages. At 350 square feet it still has everything needed--queen sized bed, washer and dryer, kitchenette with counter size fridge, apartment size gas range, microwave, and small appliances. The bathroom has a walk-in shower. Window unit air conditioners and standing radiators keep it very comfortable year round.

Downtown Summerville is a busy town within walking distance (.8 of a mile) from the cottage. There are restaurants, shops, coffee shops, parks, tennis and pickle ball courts, and much more in town. It is generally safe and we know most of our neighbors as we have a very active West End Neighborhood Group.
