We've really enjoyed living here and taking walks through the neighborhood and through Murray park.
The property has been updated but still retains plenty of the original classic charm with the gas fireplace, original wood floors, and lots of natural light.

Space
The basement is rented separately and the laundry is shared with that unit. The stairwell leading to the basement and laundry are the only common areas inside. Everything else is private.
We will need access to the outdoor covered patio and yard areas for lawncare and maintenance.
Neighborhood overview
Great, central location in a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood.
A short 5 minute walk to Murray Park and a 5 minute drive away from great food, IHC hospital, and Costco!
Need to get on the freeway? It's a 5 minute drive to the onramp.
Easy access to ski resorts and multiple beautiful scenic canyons - Millcreek, Big Cottonwood, and Little Cottonwood
