Private standalone house in great Echo Park location

I'm subleasing my great house in echo park. It's a one bedroom/one bath with a large studio/office space that can be used as a second bedroom (it's just not directly attached to the rest of the house). The house has a large yard and a beautiful private deck. There's a driveway with parking, large new washer and dryer.
