The house is very cozy. I work a day job so I'm usually only home at night, but often I am out doing things after work as well. I share the home with my cat who is a love bug but just wanted to include that in case anyone is allergic. The bedroom that I'm renting is on the first floor- a straight shot from the side entrance. You'd have access to a home office in the bedroom directly next to it to use if you need, as well as a shared space of an open layout kitchen and living room. Quiet neighborhood! Easy commute to Hyannis if you're working at the hospital and also an easy commute over the bridge if you want to leave the cape. Town beach is only 15 min away and a nice pond at the end of the neighborhood if you want a quicker place to dip your toes in
