Location! Location! Location! *New* 2026 Modern Bungalow

Amazing House

I stayed here for a 3-week working vacation and loved it. The home was incredibly clean and comfortable. There was a writing desk which worked perfectly for my office set up and fit two monitors. The home was just built so it had the new home feel. The W/D was surprisingly large. I traveled alone and felt extremely safe in the area. My sister and her husband stayed for a portion of the trip, and I felt it fit all of us comfortably. I especially loved the balcony off of the bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped, and everything is brand new which was great. The neighborhood is very quiet, and the neighbors were very nice. I loved the location, just minutes from Sidetrack restaurant (excellent food!) and Southern Squeeze (juice bar, healthy lunch, coffee shop), plus easy drive to the Walnut Street walking bridge, Northshore, and Southside. Gary, the host was very accommodating during my change in dates, I would rent here again next time I'm visiting Chattanooga.
