The room available is 150 square feet. With a new, matching dresser, drawers, and a desk. The built-in closet is very spacious. 4ftx6ftx8ft with two oversized drawers at the bottom. There are two windows, and your bathroom is shared with only one other housemate. The room comes with a twin-size bed but can easily fit a king-size, if you prefer.
